I am Dana Rankin, The Recipe Diva! Why am I a Diva? Well, I just so happen to have 5 of the most finicky eaters God created. With this being said I needed to be creative in the kitchen all while satisfying different taste buds all at the same time. On top of that save money and time in the kitchen.
I have studied alot and found many great recipes that my children and I just LOVE and I decided to share with you! You can thank me later or leave a great comment after trying one of my recipes. I like to cook because my children appreciate my meals and the effort I put into each one.
I hope some of these recipes will be shared with your friends and family and you will get the diva credit. :0) If you so happen to be a male cook, then we can discuss what your alternative title would be besides diva. How about King of the Kitchen?
I am a Jersey Girl as I stated in my first post and can make a mean cheesesteak stromboli and pizzasteak with fried onions and 5 cheeses. But I am also looking to have those sandwiches in moderation and will be posting healthy recipes as well.
I am approaching 45 fast and am blessed to be this age as I can relate to the days of cooking without a microwave. Yes people did cook without them! Believe it or not! I remember when they were invented. I will have some recipes included for microwave cooking here as well.
I have 5 children: Darnell 30, Seani 15, Elijah 11, Serenity 10, and Josiah 7. They all love to ‘help’ me cook. I will share some of those funny stories about our cooking mishaps in future posts! You will be laughing trust me! :0)
I love animals and may on occassion include some pet recipes I have found my pets to bark and purr for. So the Diva is done dishing about myself and it is time to put down my mouse and send this to your house!
GOD BLESS!

I live in the house of my family, I know nothing except the kitchen (Ejja – Chakchouk) you want to send to your home!

This is really great Dana! I really don’t enjoy cooking now that my children are grown and we don’t live near them or the grandchildren. I loved it when the kids would really go crazy about something I tried and my husband would say “well, hon, it looks like you have a hit!” Those were the days. Jim does not eat leftovers so, needless to say, it’s not fun cooking these days. This is great to know about you. I’m sure you can teach me a thing or two. Carol Fiant
